Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of MoneyMore, our mobile application (“App”), and money-more.app, our website (“Site”), as well as any other services provided by Mondia Innovation Technology L.L.C and its affiliates (collectively referred to herein as “Mondia,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). MoneyMore provides a personal expense service designed to make money management simple, efficient, and accessible for all users (collectively, the “Services”).
The App features may change, new functionalities may be added, and some aspects of the App may be modified or removed over time. We welcome Your feedback at all times to help us improve and refine the Services and enhance Your user experience.
By explicitly agreeing to and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy (https://money-more.app/privacy.html), you acknowledge and agree that Mondia may collect, access, and process information you provide to us, including but not limited to your personal data, usage information, device data, communications, and messages (such as SMS or other electronic communications or manually inserted data from your end) as necessary in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable data protection laws to operate, maintain, improve, and deliver the Services and provide you with a personalized and optimized expense management experience.
By agreeing to and accepting these Terms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of the Terms. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
You also confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms or conditions that may appear on the App or Site from time to time. Mondia reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms at any time, your continued use of the services after the posting of any updates shall be considered your agreement to the modified terms for the services.
Mondia hereby grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and only to the extent necessary to utilize the Services as intended. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, the Site, or any component of the Services. You may not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise prohibited purpose under applicable laws, including but not limited to, and UAE laws. You are not permitted to sublicense, assign, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer any rights granted herein without the prior written consent of Mondia. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are strictly reserved by Mondia and its affiliates, including any intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, and other legal rights related to the Services. This license includes any third-party components or services integrated into the App or Site, and your use of such third-party components is also subject to the applicable third-party terms, in addition to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for or using the Services and to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number, and any other security information. Access to SMS data is mobile-based and secured using OTP verification tied to your mobile number. You, as the mobile number owner, are fully responsible for any misuse, unauthorized access, or sharing of your device or OTP with others. You must promptly notify Mondia of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your account, any suspected security breaches, or any other incidents that may compromise the Services. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to UAE laws, and any other relevant local or international regulations governing the use of the Services.
Prohibited activities include, without limitation, using the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes; uploading, transmitting, or otherwise distributing content that is harmful, offensive, infringing, or violates the rights of any third party; interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any network, system, or account associated with the Services; and engaging in any conduct that could harm Mondia, its affiliates, other users, or third parties. You acknowledge that Mondia may take any measures it deems necessary, including suspension or termination of your account, to enforce these Terms and protect the integrity and security of the Services.
In addition, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your Personal Information, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Exercising these rights will not affect your ability to use the core Services, except where restricted by applicable law.
All software, applications, designs, text, images, audio, video, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, service marks, domain names, databases, documentation, and any other materials or content provided through or in connection with the Services (collectively, the “Content”) are the exclusive property of Mondia, its affiliates, licensors, or partners and are protected under UAE federal law, international copyright, trademark, patent, and other applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights regulations. The Content is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services.
No part of the Services, including the Content, may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, displayed, transmitted, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of Mondia or the applicable third-party rights holder. Any unauthorized use of the Services or Content, including but not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code, constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may subject you to civil and criminal liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are expressly reserved by Mondia and its licensors. Any suggestions, feedback, or submissions provided by users relating to the Services or Content shall be deemed non-confidential, and Mondia shall have the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, or otherwise exploit such suggestions or submissions without any compensation or obligation to the user.
We collect, access, and process information that you provide to us, as well as information generated through your use of the Services, in strict compliance with UAE data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. This includes the collection, storage, use, and handling of personal, technical, and usage information necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services and provide you with a personal expense management experience.
We and our authorized affiliates, partners, or third-party service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, deliver personalized content, and optimize the performance of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, storage, and handling of such information in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable data protection laws.
You acknowledge that you may have certain rights in relation to your personal data, including the ability to request access, correction, deletion of your data, and to manage or withdraw certain permissions (such as SMS or device permissions), as further detailed in our Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law. We and our authorized affiliates, partners, or third-party service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, deliver personalized content, and optimize the performance of the Services. By explicitly agreeing to and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, storage, and handling of such information in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable data protection laws.
The App may integrate or utilize third-party services, including but not limited to payment gateways, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics platforms, and marketing partners, to facilitate the operation and delivery of the Services. Mondia takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure that such third-party providers adhere to applicable privacy, data protection, and security regulations, including UAE data protection laws. However, Mondia shall not be held responsible or liable for the data handling, privacy practices, or liable for any issues, failures, or non-provision of offers or services by third-party partners, or compliance measures of any third-party service provider, and your use of such third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.
Mondia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove, temporarily or permanently, any portion of the Services, including features, content, or functionality, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. While we strive to provide continuous and reliable access to the Services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or access at all times. Access to the Services may be restricted for certain users, accounts, or geographic locations, including, but not limited to, compliance with applicable UAE laws and other local or international regulations.
Certain operating systems or platform policies may restrict or prohibit access to SMS messages, including, without limitation, Apple’s iOS. If your device, software, or operating system does not allow access to SMS messages, some features or functionalities may be limited or unavailable.
Mondia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, disable, or restrict access to any content that it believes infringes upon or violates copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights. Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations or concerns promptly by contacting Mondia at support@money-more.app. Mondia does not assume liability for content submitted by users, and removal or restriction of content does not imply any acknowledgment of wrongdoing.
Mondia implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect your information and maintain the security of the Services. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, ensuring the security of their devices, and promptly notifying Mondia of any unauthorized access or security breaches. Mondia shall not be liable for any loss, disclosure, or unauthorized access resulting from user negligence or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.
The services, including all features, tools, content, data analysis, insights, recommendations, and any information generated or displayed by the app or site, are provided on an “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults” basis.
Mondia makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
The app features may change, new functionalities may be added, and certain aspects of the app or services may be modified, removed, or not function fully or as expected. The app is a personal expense management and expense-tracking tool only. It is not a financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advisory service.
Mondia does not provide financial advice, does not recommend or endorse any financial decisions, and does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any data analysis, insight, suggestion, or information displayed within the services. Any decisions you make based on the services are strictly at your own risk, and you should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Mondia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or related to: (a) errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or data; (b) your reliance on any information, analytics, or recommendations provided by the services; (c) any failure of the services to function as expected, including interruptions, delays, bugs, or security incidents; (d) unauthorized access to or use of your account, device, or data; (e) third-party services, integrations, or content; (f) financial, personal, or business decisions made in connection with the services; or (g) any other matters beyond mondia’s reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mondia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all cases and to the maximum extent permitted by law, mondia’s total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If no payments have been made, mondia’s liability shall be limited to one hundred aed (aed 100).
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of any disagreement or claim, you agree to first contact Mondia at support@money-more.app to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, you and Mondia agree that all unresolved disputes shall be finally and exclusively settled by binding arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the applicable UAE arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing. The arbitral award shall be final, binding on both parties, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
In all cases any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services must be initiated within one (1) year after the cause of action arises. Additionally, you agree not to use the Services or export Content in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.
By using the Services outside United Arab Emirates you acknowledge and accept responsibility for complying with all local laws and regulations of your location, and Mondia shall not be held liable for any issues, restrictions, or consequences arising from such use. Users agree that they will not exploit the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law, infringes on third-party rights, or interferes with the operation or security of the Services, and if you access the Services from outside the UAE you are solely responsible for complying with all local laws of your jurisdiction.
Mondia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account, at its sole discretion, in the event of violations of these Terms or any applicable laws and regulations. Notwithstanding any account suspension or termination, the provisions of these Terms relating to intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and dispute resolution shall survive and remain fully enforceable. Users remain responsible for any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to such suspension or termination.

The App is available for installation on Apple iOS and Android devices. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their devices are compatible with the App and that appropriate security measures, including up-to-date software and secure access credentials, are maintained to safeguard their accounts and personal information.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving its original intent. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect and continue to bind both parties in accordance with their terms.
Mondia shall not be held liable or responsible for any delays, interruptions, or failures in the provision of the Services resulting from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authorities, terrorism, cyber-attacks, network or internet outages, labor disputes, or any other force majeure event. During such events, Mondia may suspend or limit access to the Services as reasonably necessary, without incurring any liability to users.
Mondia may revise, update, or amend the Terms at any time at its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting on the App or Site and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the updated Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Mondia may provide notices regarding the Services or these Terms by sending an in-app notification to your account, and such notice shall be deemed given and received on the day it is sent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Mondia regarding your use of the App, Site, and Services. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, representations, or communications, whether written, oral, or implied, relating to the subject matter herein. No other statements, representations, or communications, including those made by any Mondia employee, agent, or representative, shall alter, modify, or form part of this agreement unless expressly documented in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Mondia.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and forms an integral part of these Terms. Any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy shall be resolved in favor of compliance with applicable UAE data protection laws.
