We, Mondia Innovation Technology L.L.C, a company incorporated and established in the United Arab Emirates, and our affiliated companies (“we”, “us”, “our”), respect the privacy of all our users and are committed to protecting the Personal Information collected through the mobile application MoneyMore (“App”) or the website money-more.app (“Site”) (collectively, “The Platform”). Our data practices and the processing of your personal data when using our services comply with the applicable UAE data protection laws, including Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”).

This policy (“Privacy Policy”) indicates the basis on which we collect and use any of your Personal Information, whether collected directly from the user manually (“you”) or through other sources in connection with your access and use of our Platform as a personal expense management application designed to help users track, organize, and analyze their money transactions and budgeting goals, monitor spending, and receive insights and recommendations for better money management and the services are intended solely for personal and non-commercial use by you (collectively, the “Services”). Your use of our Services and the collection, access, processing, and storage of your Personal Information will be performed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and applicable laws.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you explicitly consent to the practices described herein. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions.

1. Personal Information We Collect and How we Use them

We collect, process, and use the following Personal Information solely for the purposes necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our Services.

We may collect and process the following categories of Personal Information when you use the Platforms:

a) Personal, Identity and Contact Data

To create an account and access the Services, you are required to provide your mobile phone number, which will be used solely for registration, authentication, and verification purposes through a one-time password (OTP) and facilitate communications between you and the App, including service updates, notifications, and other operational messages necessary for the proper functioning of the Services.

Any additional profile detail information requested by the App, such as your name or gender, are entirely optional and may be provided at your discretion if you choose to enhance your experience or use specific features of the Services. it helps us generate personalized insights, preferences, and recommendations to assist you in budgeting and tracking your spending, achieving your preferred goals, and optimizing your experience within the App.

When you choose to register or log in using a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider (such as Google), you authorize that provider to share certain personal information with us. This information may include, depending on your account settings and the permissions granted, your name, email address, and other relevant account details.

We collect and process this information solely for the purposes of creating, authenticating, and managing your account, as well as providing and improving our services. The specific data shared is determined by the SSO provider and your privacy settings within that service.

By using SSO to access our platform, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information will be processed by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of the respective SSO providers to understand how they handle your information.

b) Transaction Data

“Transaction Data” means the information collected and processed with your explicit consent, either through the analysis of transaction-related SMS messages sent to or received on your device (including messages from banks, wallets or payment service providers) or through data you enter manually into the App.

With your explicit permission, we may also access your Apple Wallet transaction history using Apple's FinanceKit, where data accessed include transaction amount, currency, merchant name, and transaction date.

This data is used solely to display and categorize your spending within MoneyMore and is transmitted to our servers to associate transactions with your account., and we do not access your card numbers, bank account details, or payment credentials.

You may revoke this permission at any time through your device's Security settings. You may also delete any imported transaction individually within the app, or delete your entire account which removes all associated data.

Also, with push notifications enabled, we may detect Apple Pay transaction notifications to automatically log spending, where we extract only the transaction amount and merchant name from the notification content, to enable the expense tracking.

We also provide Siri Shortcuts for logging transactions, checking budgets, and managing goals via voice commands. All voice processing is handled by iOS. MoneyMore only receives the structured result (e.g., amount, merchant name) after Siri processes your speech, where we do not record, access, or store any audio data or related information.

Transaction Data may include, without limitation:

  • Transaction references, confirmations or notifications (such as money sent, received, credited, or debited).
  • Merchant or identifiers where available or added by you.
  • Transaction dates and timestamps.
  • Goals, notes, budgets, or responses provided by you or collected as part of the App experience where available to us or modified by you.
  • Spending or transaction patterns generated automatically based on your historical usage of the Service.

Transaction Data is used to be organized, displayed, processed and analyzed for personal expenses management purposes. Transaction Data is used solely to enable expense tracking, organization, and analysis within the App and does not involve payment execution, payment authorization, or payment processing by Mondia.

Please take also into consideration that, in order to provide our Services and in accordance with your preferences (when you give us your explicit consent), we may have access to your SMS inbox. However, our processing will be limited to identifying messages that contain Transaction Data, and no further processing will be conducted for any other purpose. Only messages that fit this pattern are processed. Any messages that do not match this pattern are ignored, discarded at the backend, and not used in any way. There may be limited instances of false positives. In such cases, reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to ensure that any non-relevant content is not retained or further processed.

c) Technical Data

  • IP address, login data, browser type and version.
  • Operating system and app version.
  • Time-zone settings, device type, and location data.
  • Authentication tokens and necessary app data securely on your device, which is automatically removed when you log out or delete your account.
  • Mobile identifiers and advertiser identifiers.

We may also enable  Face ID or Touch ID for session verification, but in any case, biometric data is processed entirely on your device by iOS or Android, and is never transmitted to, collected, or stored by us, as we only receive a pass/fail result from the operating system

d) Aggregate and Statistical Data

  • We collect, use, and share statistical or demographic information ("Aggregate Data"), which is processed from Personal Information but anonymized and does not reveal your identity. Aggregate Data is used solely for statistical analysis, platform improvements, service optimization, and marketing and shopping analytics.

We may use your data to derive and create aggregated, statistical, and de-identified information that no longer identifies you, either directly or indirectly. This information is combined with data from our database, combining different information,  and does not allow any individual to be singled out or re-identified.

We may use and share such anonymized and aggregated information with third parties for purposes including analytics, research, benchmarking, commercial insights and own business purposes  (for example, trends, usage statistics, or market-level reports), where no personal data that identifies individual users is shared with third parties, in accordance with applicable regulations.

e) Payment Data

Moneymore allows users to purchase certain services and complete in-app purchases through the App. To facilitate these transactions, we engage Paymob, a third-party payment service provider, to process payments on our behalf.

When you make a purchase through the App, payment information, including payment card details and other payment credentials, is submitted directly to Paymob and processed in accordance with Paymob's privacy practices and applicable legal requirements. We do not collect, store, or process your payment card details, bank account information, or other sensitive payment credentials.

To enable and manage transactions, we may share certain information with Paymob, such as your name, contact details, order information, and other information necessary to complete the payment process. In turn, Paymob may provide us with limited transaction-related information, such as the transaction status, and we may use this information solely to provide our services, complete purchases, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, and comply with our legal obligations. 2. Methods of Collecting Personal Information

We use the following methods to collect your Personal Information:

a) Directly

  • Registering on the Platforms, including providing your phone number, or other identifying information.
  • Signing up or logging in using third-party authentication providers (such as Google Sign-In). In such cases, we may receive limited profile information (e.g., your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique identifier) from the provider, based on your consent and settings, as already explained.
  • Either automatically, with your consent, via analysis of transaction-related SMS messages on your device, or manually when you enter or edit transaction details in the App for tracking. Certain operating systems or platform policies may restrict or prohibit access to SMS messages, including, without limitation, Apple’s iOS. If you choose not to grant this permission, withdraw your consent, or if your device, software, or operating system does not allow access to SMS messages, some features or functionalities may be limited or unavailable.
  • Connecting your Apple Wallet to display and categorize your spending, with your explicit permission, as explained.
  • Using Face ID or Touch ID for session verification, where we only receive a confirmation as explained above.
  • Using push notifications, where enabled, to receive Apple Pay transaction notifications delivered to your device, which we process to automatically log spending.
  • Responses by user input designed to personalize your experience, such as spending goals, budgets, redeeming vouchers, or saving habits.
  • Submit support requests or complaints on The Platforms.
  • Contact us via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Browse or perform activities on The Platforms.

b) Indirectly

  • Suppliers or third-party service providers who enable you to access our Services.
  • Marketing service providers.
  • Interactions on other platforms such as Facebook, Google, or other social media.

c) Cookies and Tracking

  • We use cookies, web beacons, SDK-based tracking, and similar tracking technologies (“Cookies”) on the Platforms to enhance your experience, remember your preferences and settings, monitor usage patterns, analyze platform performance, optimize the delivery of content and features, and provide personalized content or advertising where applicable.
  • No Cookies or tracking technologies are used to process payments or collect sensitive Payment Data, as we do not conduct purchases through the App or Site.
  • By accepting this Privacy Policy, you provide explicit consent for the use of Cookies and similar tracking technologies for the purposes described above.
  • You can manage or disable Cookies via your device or browser settings. Please note that some features or functionalities of The Platform may not work properly if Cookies are disabled.
  • Aggregate data collected through Cookies may be used for analytics and improving our Services. This data does not directly identify you and is used solely to enhance your experience on the Platforms.

3. Data of Children and Minors

The Service is offered and available to users who are 16 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Service.

4. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of your Personal Information may be stored, processed, or accessed in countries outside the United Arab Emirates that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. We ensure that any cross-border transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including UAE PDPL and international standards, by implementing appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your Personal Information.

5. Security Measures for Data Protection

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in accordance with the applicable laws.

6. Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Information entered or gathered through our App, unless we have a legal basis to do so, such as legitimate interest or consent, if applicable..

We may, however, engage third-party service providers that process data on our behalf to support the operation, improvement, and security of our Services, including services related to authentication, analytics, crash reporting, payment, user engagement, and marketing attribution.

We may also offer certain products and services through the app, including digital vouchers and similar digital products, that are sourced from third-party suppliers, and to manage the provision of such products, we may exchange limited transaction related information with those suppliers, where we will not disclose any personal data to such suppliers.

Should the provision of a particular product or service require the sharing of personal data with a third-party supplier in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices required under applicable law.

If you provide your consent, we may use your spending patterns, transaction history, and other information generated through your use of the app to understand your preferences, create user segments, and deliver personalized offers, campaigns and promotions within the app.

This processing involves analysing your data to identify relevant interests and may include grouping users into categories based on similar behaviours or spending patterns, and these insights are used to tailor the content you see in the app so that it is more relevant to you.

As part of this functionality, we may display campaigns, offers, and promotional content provided by third-party partners. These offers are selected and shown to you within our platform based on our internal analysis of user preferences, and no personal data is shared with such third-parties during the process.

However, occasionally, at our discretion, we may feature or provide or share access to third-party products or services through our Platform. These third-party providers may assist us in delivering, enhancing, or supporting our Services, as well as for authentication or verification purposes. Please note that these third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies and practices, which are independent of ours. We are not responsible or liable for the content, privacy practices, or activities of such third-party sites and we strongly recommend that you read their policies as well as terms and conditions of use to understand how they collect, use, and share your information.

Also, we may display or make available certain  integrations or partner offerings within the App based on our legitimate interests in improving our services, enhancing user experience, and presenting content or opportunities that may be more relevant to users.

The products, services, or partners displayed may vary depending on information associated with your account or use of the App. For example, the App may include integrations with third-party partners, such as Elgameya, enabling eligible users to directly access or interact with such services through the App.

Please consider that, when you choose to engage with or use such third-party services (such as Elgameya), they will collect and process your personal data independently for its own purposes and in accordance with its own privacy notice and terms, while we might share with them limited information in order to enable their offer, as explained during the process.. In such cases, they will act as an independent controller of your personal data in relation to the services it provides to you, and they will be responsible for any processing done outside our environment.

In any case, we take reasonable measures to ensure the integrity and security of our Platform and its interactions with third-party services, and we ensure that appropriate contractual and security measures are in place when selecting and working with such providers.

7. Third-Party Tracking and Online Advertising

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve you targeted advertisements based on your online browsing history and your interests. We do not advertise on behalf of specific securities or investment options on our Services. We permit third-party online advertising networks, social media companies, and other third-party services to collect information about your use of our Services over time so that they may play or display ads on other websites, apps, or services you may use, and on other devices you may use. Typically, though not always, the information used for interest-based advertising is collected through cookies or similar tracking technologies.

For advertising, we may share your common account identifier or hashed data with our third-party advertising partners to help identify you across devices. We and our third-party partners use this information to make the advertisements you see online on other platforms more relevant to your interests, as well as to provide advertising-related services such as reporting, attribution, analytics, and market research. We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Policy.

Google Analytics and Advertising: We use Google Analytics to recognize you and link your devices and when you use our Services on your browser or mobile device, log in to your account on our Platforms, or otherwise engage with us. We may share your common account identifier or hashed data, with Google to facilitate the Services. Google Analytics allows us to better understand how our users interact with our Services and to tailor our advertisements and content to you. We may also use certain forms of display advertising and other advanced features through Google Analytics, such as Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager Integration, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. These features let us use first-party cookies and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and display ads based on your use of our Services.

8. User Rights, Data Deletion and Retention

We retain your Personal Information in an identifiable form only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations. Our internal policies establish standards and procedures regarding the retention, handling, and secure deletion of Personal Information.

Please take into account that you may delete your entire account at any time through the App’s Account Settings, which will permanently remove your personal data, transactions, budgets, and goals from our servers, subject to any legal retention obligations.

You have the right to request the destruction, erasure and deletion of your Personal Information to the extent permitted by applicable law. Also, take into account that you have the right of access to your personal data, to withdraw your consent at any time, to erasure when applicable, to rectify your personal information, to object and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to data portability, when applicable.

 Please note that, in certain circumstances, we may be legally required to retain specific Personal Information, in which case you will be informed accordingly. Where retention is required, such Personal Information will be retained only for the period necessary to satisfy the applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

Once Personal Information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or retained, it will be securely deleted, anonymized, or destroyed in accordance with our internal retention and deletion policies and applicable law.

9. User Controls, Permissions, and Data Management

You remain in control of your Personal Information and how it is used within the App. Subject to applicable law and technical limitations, as You may manage, update, or control your Personal Information at any time through your account and device settings. You may update certain account profile information by logging into your account. You may also control the App’s access to device permissions, including SMS access, through your device settings. However, you remain responsible for managing your account and ensuring the Services function as intended within the limitations of revoked permissions as revoking SMS access may limit certain features of the App.

We may send you push notifications to provide additional messages, including without limitation budget and spending alerts in line with your use of the Services. Push notifications are sent only where you have provided your consent through your device settings. You may opt out of receiving push notifications at any time by adjusting your notification preferences within the App or through your device’s operating system settings.

In addition, where you have provided your consent to receive marketing communications or third-party offers and promotions, we may also send you promotional messages, offers, and marketing communications, including those relating to third-party partners and offers, through push notifications, and you may revoke such consent at any time.

10. Amendment to Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time to reflect business developments or legal and regulatory requirements. We will issue periodic notifications of any amendments to the Privacy Policy in our Platforms and may seek your consent. However, it is your responsibility as a user to review the most recent version posted on the Platform.
